Orders are not eligible for cancellation if the order has been placed more than 2 business days ago, or if the product has already shipped (whichever comes first). These are not OEM products! Like all aftermarket parts, ours require some general bodywork and modifications for proper installation. All cancellations are subject to a 5% processing fee unless requested the same day before close of business (M-F 6pm, Sat 5pm EST). All returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of the product, and will not be accepted past that date for any reason. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. Once we have received the return shipment, if it has not been painted and is in the same condition in which it was sent, we will then issue a partial refund. You are expected to inspect the package before signing for it. Once a package has been signed for, you have acknowledged that you received the correct part in the condition that it was described to you. All packages are shipped with insurance and, once the package is signed for, the shipping company no longer has ANY liability. Products may differ slightly from pictures displayed on the website. BE SURE TO TEST FIT ALL PARTS BEFORE PAINT!!! We do not accept returns of painted products under any circumstances. Sarona Design, Inc. is not liable for any additional fees incurred during the installation/paint process.  PLEASE NOTE that no chargebacks/refunds can be filed without first returning the products to Sarona Design, Inc.
